Refunds:

Refunds will be processed for damaged or incorrect items, subject to proof of the issue.

Cancellations:

1. If you need to cancel an order, please do so within one hour after placing your order, as we might start processing your order for shipping shortly.
2. No cancellations will be entertained for those products that are in offers, or grouped with other products on a discounted price or products that are purchased a week before / during special occasions. These are the limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
