Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Business Hours:
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
Order Confirmation:
You will receive an mobile/email with your order confirmation and a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery in 3 - 5 business days (depending on the destination).
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery in 2 - 3 business days (additional charges may apply).
Wrong, Incomplete, or Outdated Address:
Please ensure that your address is accurate when placing an order, as we are unable to provide refunds for orders lost in transit due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses. If an order is returned to us due to such issues and the items remain undamaged, you may choose between receiving a refund or having the items reshipped to the correct address. In the case of reshipping, the cost of the new shipping will be your responsibility. If you opt for a refund, we will refund the cost of the items, minus a 20% restocking fee. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Packaging
Leak-Proof Packaging: All detergent liquids are packaged securely in leak-proof containers to prevent spills during transport.
Item Damage:
If any items are damaged upon delivery, please provide photo evidence of the damage to both the product(s) and the packaging. This will help us determine the appropriate refund (partial or full). There is no need to return the item to us if it has been significantly damaged during shipping.
Tracking Your Order:
After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery.
Shipping Delay:
Shipping delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume. We will inform you of any major delays.
Lost or Damaged Items:
If your product arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact our customer service within 3-5 days for assistance.
